For over 65 years, our family-owned business has been serving fairgoers with candy, snacks, bottled water, over-the-counter medications, and everyday sundries. What started as a small stand has grown into multiple locations throughout the fairgrounds, while still maintaining the family atmosphere that makes our business special.

Available Position

Fair Cashier

Our cashiers are the face of our business and help create a positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude

• Process cash and credit card transactions

• Count back change accurately

• Keep displays stocked and organized

• Maintain a clean work area

• Answer customer questions

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Follow safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable and punctual

• Friendly and customer-focused

• Able to stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a busy environment

• Able to count cash and make change accurately

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Available to work weekends and evenings during fair season

Preferred Skills

• Previous cashier or retail experience

• Customer service experience

• Basic math skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

No experience? No problem! We provide training and are happy to teach motivated individuals.

Our business began as a small stand offering tobacco products, candy, and over-the-counter remedies and has grown into multiple locations throughout the fairgrounds. Today we continue that tradition by providing convenience items, snacks, candy, beverages, and sundries to thousands of visitors each year.
